Delivered by MDDUS, this 5-day intensive leadership course presents a well-grounded, forward thinking programme. It has been developed to support doctors with non-clinical responsibilities and is based on a set of competencies evolved from the General Medical Council’s (GMC) guidance on Management for Doctors stating: “…(doctors with management responsibilities).. must make every effort to follow the guidance in this booklet where it is your responsibility and within your power to do so”.
