Our Lean Practitioner courses are led by experienced Lean Masters over 5 days of classroom training. We use a unique blend of learning techniques, combining the best of traditional and innovative teaching techniques to achieve the greatest learning outcome for everyone. Alongside the classroom sessions, your training will be supported with access to additional online material.

On successful completion of the course exam, you will become a certified Lean Practitioner. In order to certify as a Lean Practitioner, you will also be asked to submit a Lean project. To encourage ongoing success after certification, we provide access to the eLearning materials for six months. In this period, you can also email your own dedicated Lean Master for guidance.
