Course programme

Introduction

Lean and Six Sigma, both proven business improvement approaches, provide businesses with the ability to maximise customer, employee and shareholder value by minimising process variation and waste. This five day course provides delegates with a foundation in the tools and techniques required to lead and deliver Lean Six Sigma projects. Through a hands-on learning experience participants develop both the technical knowledge and the personal skills required to deliver process analysis, improvement and management using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control) methodology. The course has been designed to develop the confidence and knowledge of participants to actively engage in process improvement projects.
