Description
Business Transformation (Training and Coaching) is an independent training and coaching business that was established in late 2002 by Denis Mahoney. The purpose of the business is to increase an organisations capability to make performance improvements - "helping you make it happen". We do this firstly by understanding what areas of performance you want to improve and how you want to achieve the improvement. We then develop, using a combination of standard and bespoke course material, a training and coaching programme targeted at those needs. We strive to make the training and coaching programmes a pragmatic combination of prevailing best practice, our experience, and our partners experience of improving organisational performance, defining and managing change in a number of blue chip organisations. Where possible we will use an organisation's improvement objectives, projects and programmes as the basis for training exercises.
