3. Entry requirements 4 GSCEs at Grade D or above including English Language and maths or Level 1 Childcare plus Functional Skills Level 1 in English and Maths qualification 4. Equipment required Please enquire at your interview. 5. Assessment method You will achieve the qualification by completing a range of assignments for each unit. All units will be internally assessed using a range of methods. This could include direct observation within the workplace a portfolio of evidence written assignments or a task set by CACHE. You must also complete a minimum of 250 hours in placements supported by our dedicated placement officer and assessors.
