Course Marketing Title
Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership.

Overview
This nationally recognised Level 5 award is vocationally-related qualification and be able to progress in employment into management or leadership job roles. You will be able to gain a detailed knowledge and application into a variety of topics. This will include Leadership theories and principles, motivation and empowerment, managing performance. The programme is ideal if for individuals who want to progress into a senior management or leadership role.

Entry Requirements
You will need a Level 3 Qualification (or equivalent) and must have suitable work experience. It is desirable to be have experience of working within a management or supervisory role. You will also need to have 5 GCSEs grades C and above (including English and maths). It is also desirable to have suitable work experience.

Course Duration
The course will run for ten weeks. You will be attending one evening per week from 6.00 to 8.30pm.

Variety of methods of assessment including presentations, written assignments and personal learning logs. There are no examinations.

You can progress to Level 7 Award or Level 7 Diploma in Management and Leadership or other relevant professional qualifications.
