Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading Knowledge (VRQ)

This qualification is designed to develop learners knowledge and understanding across a range of team leading concepts and skills. There are 5 mandatory units that are required to be successfully completed and they are: -Preparing to lead the team -Support development of self and team members -Communication and the team leader -Equality, diversity and the team leader -Motivating the team Learners must successfully demonstrate their achievement of all learning outcomes and assessment criteria of the units.Through guided learning using the student support material, one-to-one sessions with the tutor, group tutorials and independent study.
