About this course
This qualification is designed for learners who are working in or looking to work in a team leading role or similar.
Our only requirement is that you should be 19 years old or over and resident in England. However, learners may find it helpful if they’ve already achieved a Level 1 qualification.

Course programme
This qualification is aimed at current and prospective team leaders and covers the skills and knowledge needed to be a successful team leader, in a wide range of competencies and contexts.
It will provide learners with the skills and knowledge required to successfully lead a team, develop learners’ skills in communication, leadership and
personal performance management. It will also build the learners’ knowledge of the principles of team leading, as well as their understanding of business.
