The Diploma requires you to complete the following units:
Personal Developmen,
Resource Planning, Stakeholder Needs,
Managing and Communicatin, Information
Developing Individuals and Teams
Improving Team Performanc,
Managing Communication.


All the units are worth six credits each, except for Improving Team Performance, which is worth seven credits. Each unit will be a five week module.

Successful students with appropriate management experience may apply for the CMI Level 5 in Management.
