Course programme
You will attend college classes once a month for 18 months for the knowledge based requirements of the qualification, and will be expected to complete written assignments outside of college attendance on an online portfolio. These written assignments meet the mandatory and option unit requirements as set out by the exam board. You will also be observed in practice by a qualified assessor.
What courses can I do after this?
You could progress to the Level 5 Diploma or Apprenticeship in Leadership for Health and Social Care subject to working in a suitable senior role.
