The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services is a well valued qualification and the equivalent to starting you on a pathway to university-level study. Anyone who is in a management role in an adult social care setting. For example;

Registered managers
Managers
Assistant managers
Deputy Managers

There are no specific entry requirements but you must be in a suitable managerial role so that evidence can be gained through your work practice and ideally have a minimum of Level 2 Maths and English

This qualification will be the accepted qualification for registration and regulation where appropriate and can demonstrate continuing professional development. After the level 5 Diploma you may wish to go on to complete a degree at university.
