He is a founding partner of Team Coaching International and co-developer of the Team Diagnostic™ assessment. Phil is co-author of "Co-Active Coaching," universally considered the leading textbook on coaching. He has led numerous courses on professional coaching, organization and relationship systems, and leadership. Phil has over 15 years of experience working with coaches and teams in N America, Asia, Europe and Antarctica. Clients include Bank of America, Johnson & Johnson and the United States Navy.

You will have direct, hands-on experience working with the diagnostic tool, evaluating intervention options and creating a coaching plan. We will use a variety of case study samples for practice during the course.
