• Practice with the Team Diagnostic™ and team report. The course includes a Team Diagnostic™ you can use with-a client team of your choice (up to 15 team members).
• Learn to recognise development areas and plan follow-up coaching sessions.
You will have direct, hands-on experience working with the diagnostic tool, evaluating intervention options and creating a coaching plan. We will use a variety of case study samples for practice during the course.
