Team Coaching International was founded in 2004 by Phil Sandahl, a Master Certified Coach and internationally recognized authority on Team Coaching, and Alexis Phillips, a pioneer in the team coaching field who has worked in organization and relationship systems coaching for 20 years. Phil and Alexis are inspired by knowing that teams exist to produce results and that what is measured is achieved. They have an irrepressible desire to equip teams to succeed in a sustainable manner.
