A Trainer/Assessor will visit the learner in their workplace approximately every 6 weeks to observe the NVQ elements. On-site delivery Adult Apprenticeships (25 plus and national delivery) we can deliver the Apprenticeship to your learners in your workplace, they will be visited Bi- monthly by a Trainer who will cover the practical requirements, and Bi- Monthly Smart sessions to cover knowledge and understanding. We will need access to the learner for that day and a dedicated room to work in. To be eligible for this mode of delivery we generally require a minimum of two learners per pathway. During all Apprenticeship sign ups an individual training plan is created, this plans the dates for the forthcoming year and includes days at college, theory sessions and NVQ visits. The Trainer will prepare this with both the learner and yourself to ensure that you agree with the plan.
