I enjoyed minute of this course and was sad when it came to an end. I will now go on to do more course's in the future and eventually do there Diploma course. I would recommend this course to anyone who enjoys baking.

I thought the course was brilliant for people like me who have an interest but very little skill and experience. I learnt some excellent tricks of the trade that have enabled me to start making and icing cakes for friends and family. The course is fun and friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

From people who are starting up a cake bussiness, too someone who just enjoys baking for friends and family. This course was great for turning my interest in cake decorating in to a home bussiness.
