Course Description
This course qualification is very flexible in its structure enabling you and your employer to choose optional units to suit your work situaton and your job role.The flexibility of the programme allows individuals to progress at their own pace encourage to demonstrate competence in a variety of areas and to gather evidence to support your claim in competency.

Entry Requirements
At least 4 GCSEs at Grade C, one of which must be English. Or Level 2 skills/craft qualification (eg NVQ 2 or relevant work experience).

Modules Studied:

• Manage your own resources and professional development
• Provide leadership in your area of responsibility
• allocate & monitor the progress & quality of work in your area of responsibility
• ensure your own actions reduce risks to health & safety
• there are 18 options of which you must choose 3 options to make up the full award

Attendance Modes: Day

Assessment: assessed in the workplace against the units of competence

Progression Routes: level 4 management in NVQ, other management course and job related positions
