The BA (Hons) Management in the Workplace and preparatory Foundation Degree in Management offers a route whereby those aspiring to work in management can develop their skills, expertise, knowledge and understanding to enhance their management employment potential.  One of the essential objectives of the BA (Hons) Management in the Workplace and its electives is to ensure that students are able to make appropriate and meaningful links between the theoretical study of management/leadership and its practical operation in the workplace. Course programme

The programme is forward looking at all times and takes account of the changes and challenges facing graduates and as such will help learners identify their existing competencies, set targets for their own development and enable them to demonstrate new or enhanced abilities as a result of their wide ranging studies during the course.
