The BA (Hons) Management in the Workplace and preparatory Foundation Degree in Management offers a route whereby those aspiring to work in management can develop their skills, expertise, knowledge and understanding to enhance their management employment potential.  One of the essential objectives of the BA (Hons) Management in the Workplace and its electives is to ensure that students are able to make appropriate and meaningful links between the theoretical study of management/leadership and its practical operation in the workplace. There is an emphasis on self-development as well as understanding the motivations of other people, useful facets for a management career. Course programme
