To explore with participants the key processes involved in the effective management of staff performance. To enable participants to be able to agree objectives, motivate and lead staff effectively. To enable participants to put into practice effective techniques for monitoring staff performance. To assist participants in developing skills associated with the provision of constructive feedback. This workshop provides participants with the knowledge, skills and tools required for ensuring fair and effective management of teams and individuals.
Lunch and refreshments are provided.
Group discussion, individual and pairs work, self-assessment activities, energisers and icebreakers will all be used in this workshop.
