The course content is continually revised to take into account changes in legislation
Programme Outline:
Under the Manual Handling (Operations) Regulations 1992 Employers are required to give information, instruction and training to Employees. In addition they are required to conduct and record assessments of Manual Handling Activities. The course will study through practical application and video feedback; base movement, awkward loads, awkward places and team lifting.
Manual Handling Assessments will be outlined studying task - individual - load and environmental factors.

Certification
Delegates will be required to conduct a practical training session and written assessment. Upon successfully completing the course delegates will be awarded a certificate by Woodland Grange.
