Elective modules:

Choose four elective modules from a wide choice to customise your MBA and achieve your aims. You may also have the opportunity to study one of our overseas electives to gain international experience. Electives will be taught in 4 day blocks (Wednesday to Saturday) and are shared with Executive and Distance learning MBA participants, offering more networking opportunities. You may also choose to study some of your electives at our location in The Shard. Modules there are taught over four non-consecutive days.

You begin the year with an induction boot camp and workshop on building high performance teams where we will assess your strengths and areas for development and develop a solid understanding of your career aspirations. Your induction week includes a Development Centre to challenge you and your MBA team through a series of typical senior management assessment activities.

Syndicate group work is an essential part of the Full-time MBA, allowing you to perfect your presentation and negotiation skills. You will be part of the same group for the entirety of your required modules and will become part of different groups as you undertake your electives, this can include both Executive and Distance learning participants.

We take a creative approach to teaching, using film, drama, business simulation software and role play on different modules during the course. This allows you to apply your learning to real life scenarios, try out new leadership techniques and generate creative responses to challenges.
