The objective of Ostelea Tourism Management School’s Executive Master in Hotel and Hospitality Management is to equip professionals and executives to lead business projects in the field of hospitality management and hotel administration, preparing students to be efficient at making decisions within this increasingly segmented, competitive, globalized and dynamic sector, as well as focusing on the impact of new technologies

The Master is designed for professionals with at least three years’ experience in the tourism sector who want to expand their knowledge on the field of administration of hotel and hospitality establishments and, very specifically, in all aspects of Food & Beverage management.

Ostelea Tourism Management School is member of the AEDH (Spanish Association of Hotel Directors).
Ostelea is an affiliated member of the World Tourism Organization (WTO). Forming part of the WHO on initiatives such as the Knowledge Network guarantees the academic quality of the program.

Students interested in launching their own business have access to the Entrepreneurs Project, which gives them guidance, based on: Project selection + Training + Access to Finance + Accompaniment.
Executive skills: Developing the skills required of a global manager in the hospitality business to enable them to work cooperatively, assertively and participatively with all of the members of the team. With a special emphasis on revenue management, taught through a business game. This particular area is developed extensively in a specialization program that gives applied insight through a business game.

Master’s Thesis

The learning process of all the courses culminates and integrates in the Master’s Thesis, which consists of drafting a business plan for a hotel or hospitality company, a product plan for a tourism company, an innovation plan focusing on companies operating in the sector, or a creation plan for a new hospitality concept. The project is carried out by groups of a maximum of three students, under the supervision of a tutor specializing in the specific area on which the group has decided to focus. 

Additional information

Ostelea offers candidates grants with the aim of supporting our students.  Each application will be considered independently. Grants will be awarded during the admission process and applicants will be notified personally by the Admissions Committee before completing registration.  Grants equivalent to 100% of the total enrolment fees will not be awarded in any case.  Financial aid will be offered in the following cases:  Early reservation of place.  The profile meets the requirements of each program.  Former students of the school. In this case, a 25% discount will be applied to the enrolment fees.
