Year one

In the final year these fundamentals of engineering are used to explore advanced engineering topic areas, with a more problem solving based focus, within the context of a broadly based programme of study. In your final year you undertake a major individual project linked to your chosen field of specialisation. You will also undertake a group design study project exploring the associated commercial, legal and safety aspects of developing a new product.
