Course programme

What will I learn?

You will learn: print-media production; video editing; photography; production management; radio production; TV studio production; and journalism You will also study and take an exam in at least one functional skill (English, maths or ICT)

How will I be assessed?

Through practical assessments, group projects and production work All units you study are individually graded, and collectively determine an overall grade for the qualification

What may it lead to?

This qualification will allow you to progress to a media-related course at Higher Education (degree-level), or to pursue a career in radio, print or TV

Entry Requirements

You should have: five GCSEs at grade C (including English) / a Level 2 Diploma (Merit) / or an equivalent qualification Entry on the course is subject to an interview
