Course content:
Syllabus as per MNTB guidelines dated August 2002 relating to STCW 95 Regulation VI/4 para 2 and STCW code section A-V1/4-2.

Assessment procedure:
In-course assessment and orals examination by MCA approved examiner.

Qualifications achieved:
STCW 95 Proficiency in Medical Care

Progression opportunities:
5 yearly refresher requirement under E.U. directive for persons in charge of medical care on board ship, which is a pre-requisite for issue of a Class 2 Certificate.
