What will you be learning?
This course is designed for people who wish to start, re-train or progress as a Medical Secretary, or widen their knowledge of the general medical environment, including an appreciation of the role of the managers / doctors they support.

The course covers: Administration and legal aspects relating to the NHS and social services; business documentation for medical secretarial practice; medical office practice; medical aspects of secretarial work (including medical terminology); medical secretarial work experience; RSA medical word processing and RSA medical audio transcription.
