Summary
A series of four guided visualization meditations with a linking theme of colour-vibration.
About the Course
The Rainbow Tree, Meditation Day is an opportunity for you to indulge in a restful and peaceful experience, which is thought by many experts to restore and invigorate a person's energies.
The Day comprises of four guided visualizations all linking in a series with a colour theme. Laying comfortably on mats or blankets and cushions is encouraged enabling a full relaxation - and for a more substantial body support, chairs and pillows will be available.
Gentle background music will accompany the visualizations.
There will be a break-time between each meditation.
PLEASE NOTE: There may not be refreshment facilities available during weekend college. It is recommended therefore that you bring something to drink and a packed lunch (eating light is recommended for meditation).
