Overview
Handover is an emotional time - what to you is an everyday occurrence, for your customer is a special moment in their lives.
This course focuses on creating and delivering a positive, pleasant and memorable handover, helping create ‘ambassadors’ for your organisation - building your reputation even in turbulent times.
Course Style
This is a half-day classroom based course for up to 15 delegates.
Course Content
- An awareness of how we (and our customers) respond to situations, the difference between Proactive and Reactive Behaviours and the fact the customers are very likely to become “Reactive” if things don’t go right
- The opportunity to discuss why handover is so emotional, the emotions a customer might be feeling and what handover really means to me
- The opportunity to dissect handover day into small elements and then to discuss ways in which we can ensure the experience is positive for our customer
- The opportunity to discuss how to most effectively handle difficult handover situations (e.g. problem with the house)
Price
From around £60.00 per delegate based upon two half-day courses in one day at the same location. Includes handouts, travel and accommodation but excludes venue costs. Discounts are available for long term contracts.
