The metal forging machine operator is the professional who has the task of checking, maintaining and using a type of machine used for metal forging, that is an industrial production process of transformation by plastic deformation of metal pieces with various cross-sections, usually brought to a high temperature (higher than the recrystallization temperature) and then worked with repeated blows of a mallet or a forging press, which permanently change the shape of the piece, without causing it to break.
