This training course has been designed to provide delegates with a "fast track" insight into how to use Microsoft Project 2002 and 2003 to its full potential. Following the course delegates will have a good understanding of how to produce resource driven project plans. Suitable for: The course is aimed at new or returning users of Microsoft Project who want to familiarise themselves with the basic concepts of the software. Note: No previous experience of either project management or the software is required, but delegates should have experience of using Microsoft Windows due to the interactive nature of the course.
