Middle Management Development Programme

The Middle Management Development Programme (MMDP) is designed for mid-level managers in order to equip them with knowledge and skills in managing day-to-day operations, addressing problems, systems and process improvements, championing innovation and most importantly, developing others and facilitating change.

The role of managers in influencing employee commitment, productivity, satisfaction, turnover, and the overall sustainability of any organisation can never be overstated. Middle managers are considered to be at the centre of communicating and creating knowledge deposits within organisations. They are generally responsible for translating strategic goals into actionable activities across different functional areas. To this end, a management training intervention can help nurture their ability to function efficiently.
