The Mind Mastery Foundation Programme integrates your personal growth and development with the building of your coaching skills. The programme includes:
- Content that incorporates the full INLPTA NLP Diploma syllabus.
- Content that meets the full requirements for ILM Level 3 Certificate
in Coaching.
- 4 days face to face training with Master Trainers Karen Meager and
John McLachlan.
- 1 webinar for those completing the ILM Certificate.
You have the opportunity to upgrade to the Mind Mastery Practitioner Programme providing that you do so in the same year.

About this course
Learn NLP:
You will learn the key concepts and psychology behind NLP and have an opportunity to practice a range of exciting and powerful techniques. This is a practical course. You will leave with skills and techniques you can use immediately in your personal and work life, to improve your communication, your impact on others and help you achieve your work and life goals.
Learn Coaching:
You will learn to use NLP and other psychological interventions in coaching. By the end of the programme, you will know how to set up and practice formal one to one coaching and effective informal and conversational coaching techniques.
This programme is for:
- Coaches and consultants looking to add NLP and coaching
qualifications to their credentials.
- Leaders and Managers for whom formal and informal coaching is
essential part of their role.
- Professionals developing their coaching, mentoring and facilitation
skills.

- You do not need any previous experience to join this course.
- The ILM certification requires some additional tasks to complete the

Dual Certification:
For Mind Mastery Foundation, all delegates will complete the NLP Diploma, the ILM Level 3 Certificate in Coaching is optional.

Course programme
Trained by an INLPTA registered NLP Trainer or Master Trainer.
The certification training meets INLPTA training structure requirements:
minimum of 30 hours of formal classroom training (excluding breaks longer than 30 minutes)
minimum of 4 days of formal course room training
The attended training meets the INLPTA accreditation competency standards and guidelines. The candidate has successfully met the competency standards of INLPTA of NLP Diploma, as assessed by the registered INLPTA Trainer.
Assessment Criteria:
(1) ATTITUDE (embodiment of the presuppositions of NLP)
(2) CONTENT KNOWLEDGE (principles, techniques & skills)
(3) BEHAVIOURAL SKILL (demonstrated integration of learnings)
(1) ATTITUDE
You are expected to demonstrate your behavioural integration and embodiment of the three legs of NLP throughout the course.
(2) CONTENT KNOWLEDGE
You will learn the following NLP content at appropriate levels of principles, techniques and skills:
• The History of Neuro-Linguistic Programming
• The Three Legs of NLP
• Know in detail what your outcome is (and is not)
• Have the sensory skills to know when you are achieving it
• Have the flexibility to change your behaviour until you get it

• The effect of internal representations on our state, physiology and behaviour
