This experiential CPD workshop will develop your skills as a practitioner. It will increase your body awareness which you can then apply to your ‘working posture’. This in turn will enhance your quality of touch and therefore the experience of the receiver. We will explore this through experiential exercises, mindful movement and anatomy of the skeleton.
