This course, designed specifically for public sector organisations, takes a practical hands on approach to minutes with lots of exercies so that you can practise new skills. Our trainers are very familiar with the requirements of minutes-taking in a range of public service settings - local authorities, health service, housing and education - and can help you make sense of the minutes you have to take in your own workplace.

- some tips on grammar for minutes
- what to put in and what to leave out
- how to lay out your minutes for formal and informal meetings
- preparing to take minutes
