The aims of this programme are to provide you with the knowledge, understanding and skills you require for your continued professional development in your current and future employment in a management position.
The objectives of this programme are to:

Provide you opportunities for study across a range of disciplines to enhance your personal and professional development.
Enable you to practice and develop a range of transferable skills in management.
Develop the capacity in you to manage your own learning and personal development.
Develop the capacity of Learners to evaluate critically and to apply management theories and practices in a variety of work based settings.
Provide you with a range of educational and other experience and equip you with the basis for further development at level 5.
