Financial statement forecast from scratch - December 3rd
Participants will start with a blank spreadsheet and build a template complete with styles for consistent formatting. The financial statements are analyzed and a detailed revenue forecast is built. Historical data is cleaned and prepared for sensible forecasts. Complex issues such as minority interest and affiliates are covered as part of the integrated model. Different modeling techniques for complex topics are initially highlighted with separate Excel files before being adapted for the case company.
