3. Entry requirements You will need a bottle of water and suitable clothing i.e. shorts or jogging bottoms and a t-shirt or sweatshirt (depending on the weather). A suitable pair of trainers and socks to be worn. A small towel is useful if you get quite hot. All students will need to complete a health declaration at the beginning of the course. 4. Equipment required 1. Towel. 2. Water. 3. Pen to fill in forms etc. Comfortable sportswear to be worn i.e. t-shirt, leggings and supportive footwear i.e. trainers not shoes or pumps. 5. Assessment method Tutor will talk through and demonstrate each exercise with students during the class. You will be taught in a safe environment by a qualified Level 2 instructor, who has experience of teaching the mature adult and has taught for many years to people of different levels from beginners to those that have exercised before.
