Course programme
On-campus and online students will study for one year, which is divided into two semesters and the summer period for the dissertation. Students will study four modules, each worth 30 credits, and another module worth 60 credits, totalling 180 credits.
There are 2 core modules – corporate finance and corporate reporting. Students will then pick from one of 2 streams. Stream 1 modules are risk management and banking regulation and mergers and acquisitions. Stream 2 is business performance management and corporate social responsibility.
The course will cover the following core modules:
- Corporate Finance (30 credits)
- Corporate Reporting (30 credits)
- Mergers and Acquisitions (30 credits)
- Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility (30 credits)
- Research Methods, Professional Development and Dissertation / Project (60 credits)
