About MSci Mathematics with Study in Continental Europe
Studying abroad in Europe fosters language skills and intellectual development, expands your breadth of perspective and increases your employability.
The first two years of the course are similar to our Single Honours Mathematics degrees, providing a broad background in mathematics alongside European language units.
Year one consists of compulsory topics. Year two allows you to choose some topics that are of particular interest to you, meaning you can continue with a varied degree or choose to specialise.
Provided you fulfil the progression requirements of the Study in Continental Europe degree, you will spend your third year abroad at one of our partner universities studying mathematics in a foreign language.
You will return to Bristol for your final year, where you can choose from a wide range of units from our MSci Mathematics degree, which benefits from our pioneering research.
