Master Paul Metayo has used his 51+ years of Muay Thai experience to fine tune a program that can help fighters to reach their full potential. In this 98 minute video, Paul takes two of his students through numerous techniques and drills. Among the topics covered are: shadow boxing, pad drills and offensive and defensive techniques. This video is a must-have resource for every coach and fighter. About the instructor: Paul Metayo began fighting in Thailand at 13 years old. He has had over 100 professional fights, with 93 wins and only 11 losses. Paul began teaching Muay Thai in 1991 and started promoting events in 1996. Former student Alex Gong, who later became a four-time World Champion Muay Thai Fighter, trained with Paul from the age of 19.
