Course Details
This course is for students who have previous experience or completed a foundation course and are now seeking to specialise in Singing and Drama.
In addition to your Singing and Drama, you are also enabled to develop your skills as an all round performer through movement and dance lessons. Your individual assessment will identify your personal requirements and form the basis of your training. Audition preparation will form a vital part of your course. You will experience the intensity and demands of the industry via one to one coaching sessions and visiting Directors.
All students perform several times during the year.
Work/holiday permission
Students will always be supported with work and employment opportunities and permission is granted if the work is deemed to advance the student's development and not disrupt their training. Students are not allowed to audition for or take part in any amateur or professional television, film or theatre production during their course without the prior permission of the Principal/ Course Director. Holidays must not be taken during term time.
Auditions
Auditions are held from October to May annually. All talented candidates who apply will be invited to audition.
At the Audition, candidates will be shown around the school by current students and welcomed by the Principals, before demonstrating their prepared solos in Singing, Dance and Drama. All candidates are interviewed by the Principals to discuss their experience, needs and ambitions. All students are involved in the afternoon workshops in the three disciplines, Dance, Drama and Singing.
Assessments are completed throughout the day by the LTS Audition panel and Principals. Candidates will be informed in writing within 7-10 days post Audition day.

• 10th & 11th April 2010
• 9th May 2010

• 10th & 24th February 2010
Overseas Candidates
Fee paying Students from outside the United Kingdom who are unable to audition in person can do so by video or DVD. Students who are successful will be given assistance with finding accommodation etc.
Students seeking DaDa Awards will need to attend LTS Award day if they wish to be considered for a DaDa Award or Scholarship.
Course Fees
3,950.00 GBP per annum.
A non-refundable registration fee is required to reserve your place (35.00 GBP).
