NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Nutrition and Health
This programme is designed for people who wish to develop their understanding of the principles of healthy eating, nutrition and the role of food in maintaining health.

The qualification aims to develop an understanding of the principles of healthy eating, nutrition and the role of food in maintaining health; whilst creating an awareness of how dietary requirements affect particular individuals.

The qualification consists of three mandatory units:

• Explore principles of healthy eating
• Consider nutritional needs of a variety of individuals
• Use food and nutrition information to plan a healthy diet
