Course Aims:
To provide students with a understanding of pursuing a career living and working overseas as a resort representative.
Course Content:
Investigate Employment Opportunities for Resort Representatives
Undertake Resort Pre-season Preparation
Manage Airport and Transport Duties
Investigate Resort Administration
Investigate the Role of the Children`s Representative
Progression:
On successful completion and achievement of this course there is a guaranteed interview with Thomas Cook.

Assessment will be in the form of written assessments, role-plays, observation and simulated activities e.g. coach transfer.

Applicants need to be aware that a professional image is an important part of the role of an Overseas Resort Representative.
Duration:
Three hours a week for 20 weeks
