The following subjects are examined: older people and the ageing population; personal care, including care for service users with varying degrees of disability and from different cultural backgrounds; continence care, medication and medical problems; unpredictable moods and behaviours; confusion and dementia; support for service users in the event of death and bereavement; how to deal with self neglect and mental health issues.
