Course Content
This workshop is an introduction to trigger points and the techniques for finding and treating trigger points throughout the body. It can be used for self-treatment and for the treatment of clients.
Qualification Attained
This course is not accredited, however a Manchester School of Massage certificate of attendance is provided and the workshop can be used for CPD points.

Trigger points cause common pain complaints such as headaches, neck and face pain, TMJ dysfunction, upper and mid back pain, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, low back pain, abdominal pain, sciatica and many variations of hip and knee pain etc.
Neuromuscular techniques can act on these trigger points, alleviating pain and increasing mobility.
Course times are from 10.30 am to 5.00 pm. The group size is kept at ten or below for individual attention.
