Introduction Participants will leave the course prepared to nip small issues "in the bud". Participants will have the tools to stop small issues from festering and becoming larger, more unmanageable problems.

Key Objectives Learning how to observe your team and identify areas in which to provide feedback in order to improve performance; Understand the simple, effective 3 step process to giving direct feedback; Dealing with difficult members of staff; Dealing with longer term performance issues.
