KEY FEATURES
The aim of this course is to provide the skills necessary to embark on a career in
Hairdressing. Attendance is two evenings each week for two years. Those wishing to further advance their cutting skills can take advantage of an additional creative cutting course in a 3rd year. Attendance is one evening per week. The college will provide all consumables and equipment for these courses.

Learners will be required to provide their own models.

COURSE CONTENT

A selection of core units includes:

Part 1

Ladies Haircutting (3): Shampoo Hair and Scalp (0.5): Condition Hair and Scalp (0.5): Setting and Finishing Hair (1.5).

Part 2

Dry Hair into Style & Create a Finished Look (1.5); Styling & Dressing Long Hair (1.5); Hair Colouring: Special Effects (1); Hair Colouring: Theory and Practice (2)
