Middlesex brought me a set of skills you might not consider when starting teacher training. The PGCE is one of the hardest things you’ll ever do but there’s an array of staff to talk to.

First I finished the Teaching Assistant Level 2 Course and then I chose to complete the Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools Course. Because I had to follow the course at a placement, I signed me up as a volunteer in my local primary school to be in front of its reception class once a week. Later, I gained employment in another local school as an SEN Teaching Assistant, which I enjoyed a lot. Distance Learning gave me flexibility to study, and new experiences that I thought I could have never had.

I really enjoyed this course, you work at your own speed fitting modules in as and when life allows. Your work is marked very quickly and you are not sat around waiting to see how you have done before you start your next module. With a time scale of 1 year you have time (but not so much that you forget) to do the reading required. Over all I really recommend this course.

I found the experience worthwhile and interesting, the guidance given was expertly offered. Special thanks to my personal tutor Mrs. T.Harrison.

I'm very pleased about the grade I got for both AS and A Level. Many thanks for all your help over the past year.

I completed the Teaching Assistant Level 2 course this month. I personally liked the course and the tutor. I found this course to be very comprehensive and it covered all of the topics that I needed to know. I found the tutor very helpful and the assignments were marked and feedback was provided very promptly. I found course notes clear and could contact tutor with questions at any time. Would highly recommend it.

I just finished the Teaching Assistant Level 2 course with Study House Ltd. I throughly enjoyed this course as it was both challenging and informative. It was a very interesting course, I honestly think that all materials were excellent. I work in a primary school as a Teaching Assistant and I learnt a lot about school legislation and procedures which will be invaluable during my career, as much of this is new to me and I have not currently had experience of this at the school so far.

I was at first anxious when I initiated this course, I had a ton of worries, whether I would have the capacity to finish the course on time and have the capacity to examine with no personal support. My coach was Kerry Steele and she was brilliant. She made me feel like I had bolster there all the time as she was only an email or a phone call away. She likewise bolstered me in an extremely expert and clear way, I can not express gratitude toward her enough, thank you such a great amount for helping me accomplish my objectives and boosting my certainty. I am presently filling in as a SEN Teaching Assistant on account of all your support.
