Personal fitness training has moved on. Today, practitioners need to offer more than just high performance support - clients demand a more personal and holistic approach. This innovative course equips you with the skills you need to provide expert advice and guidance on lifestyle as well as a range of exercise regimes, relating to both new and existing government and industry requirements. By developing knowledge and skills in physiology, exercise leadership, sport and exercise performance and nutrition, you’ll gain scientific and skills-based training to become an effective practitioner in this challenging and rapidly changing environment. 2016 National Student Survey Nutrition and Exercise Science courses at UCLan were in the top 5 in the UK for learning resources by students who completed the 2016 National Student Survey (NSS).
