I as of late went to a 2 day course in Water Based Exercise (Aqua Aerobics) gave by YBFIT Training. I am at present a Group Exercise Instrutor, transcendently instructing Indoor Cycle. I needed to add to my wellness learning and open up different chances to instruct distinctive classes, so chose to take the WBE course. I altogether appreciated the course and thought that it was exceptionally useful. It was diligent work, as there is a considerable measure to cover in 2 days.
