Course Description:
This NVQ is for those with personal responsibility and autonomy in their role and who may find that the focus of their work is more to do with managing projects, or technical matters, than people.

Description Breakdown:
To achieve a full OCR Level 4 NVQ in Management, you must complete 8 units in total five mandatory units
B1 Develop and implement operational plans for your area of responsibility
C2 Encourage innovation in your area of responsibility
D2 Develop productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
E6 Ensure health and safety requirements are met in your
area of responsibility
F3 Manage business processes

And three optional units from a choice of 22.

Assessment is continuous throughout the course via natural performance and evidence collected whilst at work.
